Accurate Home & Building Inspection
Service began operations in 1983 and has performed over 20,000
home inspections. The comprehensive and educational content of the home
inspections performed by Accurate have established the
standard for home inspections in the Philadelphia area.

Wayne J. Falcone started
doing Home Inspections in 1976. He became a Certified member of The American
Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) in 1978. In
1992 he served as ASHI's International President.

Frank J. Falcone joined
the firm in 1998 and is a Certified ASHI Member. Graduated Temple
University in 1989.

Accurate performs Home
Inspections on both older/used homes and new construction. On existing
homes, Accurate's comprehensive Home Inspection
typically takes 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours. Some of the key features of the
service that differentiate Accurate from the
competition are highlighted below. On new homes Accurate
will Identify all components that are not completed or that are
completed improperly.

Accurate
will climb on the roof to inspect the roofing,
flashings, chimney, skylights, etc. (Conditions permitting), versus an
on the ground inspection with binoculars or taking the sellers word that
it is a new roof.

Accurate
provides a timely report, on-site or E-mailed the
next day, that identifies and
documents the condition of all the components of the home. Accurate also
includes cost projections for necessary repairs.

Accurate
believes the inspection is an educational tool for home
buyers. During the course of the inspection, Home Buyers will learn how
all the major systems of the home operate, how to determine signs of
serious or dangerous problems and what standard maintenance and upkeep
will be required. We specialize in first time home buyers.

OWNER'S MANUAL, included with each inspection, provides a
Homeowner's Maintenance Manual, Energy Saving Tips, Basement Water
Penetration Manual, Projected Costs of Repairs, Replacement &
Remodeling, Life Expectancies of Residential Components, etc.
